Dancers perform in Belmopan
This weekend, a small army of young boys and girls will be performing a series of dances in dramatic fashion. Since January, one hundred and eight youths from San Ignacio, Belmopan, Belize and Dangriga have been rehearsing twenty different pieces in classical, modern, jazz, mime and ballet dances. The show, titled “Imagine”, will be performed on Friday and Saturday night at the Belmopan City Center, with seating starting at six-thirty. Earlier this week, the group held a dress rehearsal…here’s a sample of what you can expect on stage.
