Former Gangster’s Music Protégés in Police Spotlight
Big Tom’s name undoubtedly stands among the many nefarious figures in the criminal underworld. Aside from tales of his shady dealings, he’s also into music and manages a roster of up and coming Belizean artists, including Unlimited and Cross Di Nitro. Tonight, his protégés are both making headlines, not for releasing new music, but for standing up for their boss. In a live streamed video that has since gone viral on social media, Cross Di Nitro can be seen making thinly veiled threats against members of the Belize Police Department, following a rumor that a hit has purportedly been placed on Big Tom. For his part, Unlimited also took to Facebook where he also made several posts in support of Big Tom. Those messages have caught the attention of law enforcement and today, they descended on Unlimited while running an errand for Big Tom. When they caught up with the young artist, they reportedly beat him badly for which he is presently receiving medical attention. We spoke with Big Tom earlier today about the online messages.
