Passenger seriously injured in truck crash
A traffic accident on the Northern Highway has left a Guatemalan man hospitalised. Thirty-eight year old Carlos Gomez was a passenger in a pickup truck that went out of control near mile twenty-one around five Tuesday evening. The truck, driven by sixty-four year old Nicaraguan George Brooks, ran off the road, coming to a stop in some thick bush. Gomez received head and body injuries and at news time was listed in serious condition at the K.H.M.H. The driver and two other passengers received minor injuries.
