Opposition Leader takes oath of office
In other news from Belmopan, today the Leader of the Opposition, Dean Barrow, was sworn in by Governor General Sir Colville Young. Following the ceremony at Belize House, Barrow paid a courtesy call on the Prime Minister. According to a government release, the discussions were cordial and constructive and both leaders commended voters for participating in a peaceful election.
