A man walked up to the group of friends and fired several shots, which hit four men in the group. They were hospitalized for gunshot injuries and so far only one of the men has been released. Police say that this shooting is gang related.

“Do you all know if it is gang related? We know that the older gentleman, who was hit, he is the father of two extremely famous names in the gang history—two persons who are deceased. Are you able to say if that was a specific targeting of one individual and if it was related to any gang rivalries?”

Sr. Supt. Marco Vidal
“Yes, I can say that the incident is gang rivalry and there was an intended target in that case as well.”
