Christmas Party Season Begins: Toys for Tots Celebrate

‘Toys for Tots’ is an annual event organized by United Airlines where primary school students are treated to a Christmas dinners, toys and entertainment. The organization also partnered with T-shirt Factory to provide for one hundred underprivileged kids from across the city. Sales Representative Jarrett Requeña says that this year they were able to increase the number of participating schools to nineteen.

“It’s an initiative for us to give back. I mean we live in a country whereby we have a lot of kids that are underprivileged and we can’t give to all of them so we take and give to the ones we can. And like I said, we managed to give to double the amount this year with the help of T-shirt Factory, with that great partnership.”

“They’re getting gifts, they are getting foods, they are getting gifts and they are getting a gift bag to go home with that includes stationeries and stuff like that.”
