Second drowning victim found off P.G.
The body of a Punta Gorda man missing at sea since Saturday has been found. Twenty-two year old Alford Smith was one of three men who went out fishing on Saturday, only to have their dory capsize. Enfield Arzu swam to shore but Smith and Carl Ramclam did not make it. Ramclam’s body was found shortly after the accident, while that of Smith, despite an extensive search, was not discovered until this morning. It was found floating in the sea one and a half miles east of Punta Gorda by tour guide John Young.
