Gun-Toting Thugs Rob and Shoot O.W. Man

Gunshots rang out in Orange Walk Town on Tuesday night leaving one man injured with wounds to the right foot.  Juan Cabrera came under attack by a gun-toting duo as his stood in front of his house sometime before eight o’clock.  During the robbery, he was relieved of several items and in the process he was shot in the upper middle area of the foot.

“Sometime after 7:30 p.m. last night, whilst Juan Cabrera was standing in front of his yard on the Belize/Corozal Road in Orange Walk Town, he was approached by two male persons of dark complexion who robbed him of personal belongings and in the process he received one gunshot wound to the right instep.  Police investigation into this matter continues.”
