Teenager Shot on Armadillo Street
In the second shooting, two persons were injured including a minor. According to police, a group of men were socializing in a yard on Armadillo Street in Belize City when two persons rode up on a cycle and one of them fired several shots. The teenage boy was shot in the arm, whilst the other person was hit in the face. Police say they are looking for two persons they believe can help them in their investigation.

“Last night, sometime after nine-twenty p.m., police visited the K.H.M.H. where they observed two male persons with gunshot wounds. The first one is a fifteen-year-old minor who had an apparent gunshot wound to the right leg. He was treated and discharged the same night. Another male person by the name of Ian Williams, twenty-years-old, he had an apparent gunshot wound to the right side of the face. He is still admitted in a stable condition at this moment. Police understand that the male persons were socializing at a yard in Armadillo Street when two male persons came on a motorcycle and one of the make persons fired several shots in their direction causing the above-mentioned injuries. Mister Williams is still admitted in a stable condition at the K.H.M.H. and Police is seeking for two persons who can assist in that investigation at this moment.”
