DNA Test Confirms Burnt Remains Are of Pamela Lino
In May 2017, the burnt remains of a body were discovered in a vehicle in the Gracie Rock area, Belize District. After the discovery, it was widely believed that the body was that of Pamela Lino, a teacher from Belmopan. Seven months later, a DNA test has determined that the remains were that of the Lino. “About a month ago, yes, the results came positive. It was confirmed that the remains was of Ms Pamela Lino. At present moment, the file has been completed and we are awaiting directives on how to proceed with the file.”
