Generous viewers help AIDS patient

In a follow up to another story we’ve been tracking, today News 5’s Jacqueline Woods visited the woman identified only as Delmi. Delmi, as we reported on November twenty-eighth, is an AIDS patient who already lost her husband to the disease and now cares for her two children who have fortunately tested negative for HIV. The reason for Jackie’s visit was to deliver several boxes of groceries delivered to Channel 5 by generous viewers Yvonne and Russell Grant, along with various friends from Ladyville. On behalf of Delmi we’d like to give thanks for the donation and remind others that anything they would like to offer her can be brought right here to Channel 5.
