Police looking for murder suspect
The evidence points to murder, and cops are on the lookout tonight for the man they think did it. The body of nineteen year old Guatemalan, Hector Medrano, was found Monday morning at a house on Police Street in Belize City. A post-mortem exam has now concluded that Medrano had been strangled to death. The young man, who had arrived in the country just two days earlier, had been living in the house with another Guatemalan national, who has now been identified as twenty-three year old Julio Ramirez. According to police, Ramirez, who has scars on his abdomen and an injured foot, is actively being sought for questioning. At news time tonight he has not been found.
