Boy charged w/sex crimes against 7 yr. old sister
Tonight a twelve year old boy is in guarded custody after being arrested and charged for sex crimes committed against his seven year old sister. According to police, the little girl reported that more than once during the month of September, her older brother had sexual intercourse with her. A medical officer has since examined the seven year old and confirmed that the child was carnally known. Police later arrested and charged her twelve year old brother with incest and unlawful carnal knowledge. The boy has been remanded to custody at the Youth Hostel on the Western Highway.
