New Commander Wants to Talk with Everyone

Senior Superintendent Howell Gillett says that he’ll be reaching out to Finnegan and Mohammed as he intends to put everything on the table.
Sr. Supt. Howell Gillett, Newly Assigned Regional Commander, Eastern Division South

Duane Moody
“Now I know in your opening remarks you always spoke about Miss Dianne Finnegan who was one of the three-person team including Mister Nuri Mohammed and ACP Williams who did these interventions, mediations with gang persons. Are you looking at maybe doing that as well?”
Sr. Supt. Howell Gillett
“That is all on the table. I will dialogue and anybody who can help us because as I said, the police cannot go at it alone. We have to enlist the support of the public and Miss Dianne Finnegan and Brother Nuri Mohammed; those are members of the public who we believe could help us.”
