Shooting Reported on Isla Bonita

The violence spilled over into Sunday night in San Pedro where a man was targeted for an unknown reason. Armando Trapp reported that he was outside his house around seven-thirty when he was approached by a gunman who fired several shots at him. Trapp was transported to the K.H.M.H. where he is in a stable condition. Inspector Wilfredo Ferrufino explains:

“Police visited the polyclinic in San Pedro where they saw Armando Trapp, twenty-seven-year-old resident of San Pedro. He lives in the DFC area of San Pedro Town. He was seen with six gunshot wounds; one to the groin and several to the right and left thighs of his body. Investigation so far has revealed that about 7:30 p.m. he went downstairs of his residence to retrieve his bicycle and in the process he heard several shots and realized that he was injured as a result of those gunshots. One person has been detained. No one has been arrested in regards to that matter.”
