Transport officer “mashed” in Maskall; Guinea Grass rider takes hard fall

Aside from the two deadly traffic accidents, there were two other traffic incidents. In the early hours of Sunday morning in Maskall Village, Transport Officer Roderick Jones was crushed between a concrete house post and a bicycle by a vehicle driven by businesswoman Paula Chen. The incident happened outside of C&R’s shop where Jones was socializing. He has since been hospitalized at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. In a separate accident, a fifty-year-old is hospitalized after he fell from a moving a truck. According to police just before seven on Friday night, Gerardo Mendoza fell out of a truck at the Guinea Grass Road Junction and suffered a number of serious injuries. Mendoza is hospitalized at the K.H.M.H. and is undergoing treatment. Police are investigating.
