Shopkeeper’s Accused Murderer is a Minor

Meanwhile, police have made an arrest for Thursday’s murder in San Pedro. Twenty-five-year-old Honduran national Reniery Figueroa Garcia, owner of Dicky’s Store in the San Mateo area, was shot to the head. Figueroa was seated behind the counter of his business when two men entered. One fired a single gunshot him before they escaped towards the lagoon. Police say a minor has been charged for the execution, but they are looking for others.

“Reference the murder of Adalid Figueroa Garcia, which occurred on the twenty-sixth, San Pedro police last night charged a minor for that murder, and they have another person in custody that is presently being investigated for that same crime.”
