SUV Burns on North Creek
Sometime after midnight on Thursday, an SUV belonging to Melanie Staine was observed on fire on North Creek in Belize City. The Fire Department was called out to extinguish the fire. . Reports are that someone set it ablaze but the fire service would not confirm a case of arson. Benisford Matura says the national fire service is investigating.

“Approximately, 12:45 this morning, we responded to a vehicle fire on North Creek. It turned out to be a 2001 Xterra belonging to Melanie Staine. We got into operation and extinguished this fire. We are still trying to cause this fire.”
