Two more kidnapping suspects arrested
That bizarre string of drug related kidnappings is gradually being resolved. Yesterday the two suspects in the second kidnapping of Juan Mendoza were brought into Belize City Magistrate’s Court. They are seventeen-year-old Michael Heusner of Courtney Crescent and nineteen year old Noel Barrow of Consuelo Street, both in Belize City. The pair was charged with kidnapping, wounding and aggravated assault. Three others, including a policeman, had previously been charged in the series of abductions.
