City mom wins $110,000 Lotto jackpot

If you were hoping to win Wednesday night’s one hundred and ten thousand dollar Lotto jackpot, sorry, better luck next time. This afternoon, twenty-three year old Dyane Gordon of Faber’s Road Extension in Belize City picked up her big cheque from Tropical Gaming Company. The mother of one, a relative newcomer to the game, says she’s only been playing Lotto for about four months.

“I am a family of three and well with this Lotto, I’m going to buy myself a house and lot and save up the rest for something that will be needed in the future. I thank God for it.”

“Well, I follow the Lotto much and I pick the numbers from numbers that usually play. I pick out a series of numbers then I put them together. That’s how I get the numbers.”

“I will not go on, but for me I got the whole thing and I also got a free ticket. So I’ll just take my free ticket, move on and let someone else get the luck.”
