Poet releases September salute

Musicians are not the only artists whose creative juices begin to flow in September. Poet Norman Rodriguez has put together a new collection of poetry to mark Belize’s twenty-first birthday. It’s called “This Land We Love”.

“Readers, I’ve had people from way down in the south purchasing my book and the encouragement has come from every end of this country. And I’ve even had some books sold in the U.S., so it has been more than just the number of books I’ve publish, but from the response I’ve gotten from all these people; encouragement in every form.”

This Land We Love is Rodriguez’s third publication.
