“Armed, Dangerous” Jordan Burns Sought by Police

There’s an all-points bulletin for the capture of Jordan Burns who escaped from police custody on Friday, after being charged for the murder of Carlton Moreira in the Mayflower Street area last Tuesday.  Moreira was shot once to the head and died instantly.  Police say that Jordan is considered to be armed and dangerous.

“Reference the shooting death of Mr. Carlton Moreira, police arrested and charged Jordan Burns; however, it is very unfortunate that whilst he was being escorted to the cellblock he escaped from police custody and up to now he is at large.  We are asking the public’s assistance that if you see Jordan Burns to inform or call the 911 line and he is considered to be a person that is a dangerous person.  So if you see the man approach the man with caution or just call 911 and inform the police.”
