“On Saturday, June 23rd, 2018, sometime just after seven, a female had just entered her residence at Raccoon Street Extension, number 168, accompanied by her [son]. She had just opened the gate and as she opened the gate, she put the minor beside her and that was when the minor was attacked by a pit bull. The minor sustained several injuries to his body. He was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he is presently being treated and is in a stable condition at this moment. The mother of the child is one Brianna Kelly of that same address, 168 Raccoon Street Extension.”
