Counterfeit 10’s and 20’s flood city
More counterfeit currency has turned up in Belize City as police reported three incidents on Wednesday alone. The forgeries are very high quality and the counterfeiters have wisely confined their fakes to twenty and ten dollar denominations so as not to arouse the suspicions associated with blue notes. Police say that some of the serial numbers to beware of are: CC927374, CC934813, CC977083, CC915950 AND CC061730.
