Traffic Officer Busted with over 12 Pounds of Weed
A traffic officer was busted with weed on Wednesday on the George Price Highway. Police at the checkpoint at mile four detected the city council employee traveling on motorcycle carrying two knapsacks. When twenty-eight-year-old Stafford Young was intercepted and searched, the cops found that the knapsacks contained over twelve pounds of weed, neatly packaged in plastic bags. Young has been charged and heads to court on Friday for drug trafficking offenses.
