Charged for Murder, Justin Lemott Found Guilty of Manslaughter
Justin Lemott was found guilty for causing the death of seventeen-year-old Richard Waight Junior. The twenty-nine-year-old was originally charged for the murder of Waight but today he was found guilty for the lesser charge of manslaughter by Justice Adolph Lucas. Justice Lucas has set August seventh as the day when Lemott will hear how much time he will spend behind bars for the crime. Lemott is accused of fatally stabbing Waight on April 2014. He was stabbed once to the left side of the chest during a fight at the basketball court in Hattieville Village.
