PM Barrow Out of Country on Personal Leave

Prime Minister Dean Barrow left the country today on personal leave, according to a release from his office. Also noteworthy is that Hugo Patt, Minister of Natural Resources, will again act as Prime Minister until Barrow’s return on Tuesday.
