Police Constable Busted with 15 Cases of Contraband Beers

A police constable is facing criminal and disciplinary charges after he was found with a stash of contraband beers. Benque Viejo Police were conducting a vehicular checkpoint around five on Sunday evening when they stopped a vehicle driven by Godfrey Moreira.  Inside the pickup, they found the uncustomed beverage. ACP Joseph Myvett told us more:

“They intercepted a white pickup truck driven by one Godfrey Moreira, a police constable attached to the southern part of the country. Upon conducting searches inside the vehicle a total of fifteen cases of assorted can beers were found. As a result he was detained and the matter was handed over to the customs department for him to the dealt with. Additionally, he will be dealt with disciplinary.”
