Family sleeps while brazen thieves break-in
Brazen thieves broke into the bedroom of forty-three year old Keithburn Drury, on Santa Barbara Street while he and his family were asleep. News Five spoke with a family relative, today who told us that the home was broken into sometime between ten forty-five Tuesday night and five-thirty the following morning. She said that the thief allegedly opened a window on the left side of the building and got hold of a bag in the sofa which contained keys to the house. But it was not until much later that the family realized that ten thousands of dollars, a Walter Brand pistol, a bicycle and two cell phones were missing. The thieves also got away with the keys to the family’s bronze Toyota Camry car.
