“I wah be honest with you. Me, I dah wah man weh believe that anybody could take the show; anybody could win. I think, right now they have five contestant still ina di game.”
“I don’t have a favourite per say, but may the best win; that’s just how I feel.”
But whoever was able to muster the most support and votes over the last five days will determine the winner of the competition. Will it be Jael August, Rachel Westby, Victoria August, Guillermo Rodriguez or Inez Welcome?
Inez Welcome, Finalist, KTV the Remix II
“I continued singing at my school and now I am at Delille Academy finishing my singing. During my spare time I usually just hang out with my friends, write poems, sing a lot. (Singing)”
Guillermo Rodriguez, Finalist, KTV the Remix Season II
“I realized that sometimes you just have to go ahead and do something, don’t over think about it. The song that I composed is basically meant for me to break out of my shell.”
Victoria August, Finalist, KTV the Remix Season II
“I used to sing in church all the time. I still try to incorporate it once in a while, but the music passion came from home. My parents will always have on music in the house; we will always be listening to music and the way I grew up, we grew up loving different genres of music.”
Rachel Westby, Finalist, KTV the Remix Season II
“Belize should vote for me beucase I work hard, I am talented and because I can be a great role model for the younger children who want to grow up to be singers as well. Originally I wanted to sing at weddings and in restaurants, when you are eating and you have a piano di play and yo di hear lovely music.”
Jael August, Finalist, KTV the Remix Season II
“Before a performance, I’m always…I’m not really calm; everybody gets nervous and I usually have this tendency that I get nervous after when I perform. I don’t know why, but I work a real back way. But on stage I’m a different person. And I think that when you are in that zone and you really love what you are doing and you connect with that song. And once you love your song, I think everything jsut flows in you and you enjoy yourself of stage.”
Viewers are of the strong belief that this time around the competition has seen persons with bigger voices taking the stage.

“Although he doesn’t sing the songs that a lot of people song. A lot of people don’t like to praise God; I’m not a Christian so to speak, but I’m a God-fearing person. And when he hit the stage last week with his own original song that did it for me.”
