Prisoners perform well on test
In related news, last month we reported that thirteen inmates at the Hattieville Correctional Facility had graduated from a prison education program designed to help them get ready to sit the P.S.E. Today, we are proud to announce that of the thirteen who took the test, eleven of them passed. Their grades ranged from A’s to C’s. We take this opportunity to congratulate all the men for their efforts. This was the first class of inmates to sit the P.S.E. and it is hoped that the initiative will become a regular part of the prison’s rehabilitation programme.
