“Caye Caulker police responded to a report on Pasero Street. Upon arrival, they observed where two persons were seen suffering from visible injuries to the body; Amado Watson forty-seven-year-old, Belizean businessman of Avenida Hicaco in an unconscious state laying on the street bleeding from his ears and mouth, Kathleen Perry thirty-three-year-old, American Manager, conscious but bleeding from a large wound below her nose. Initial investigations revealed that Watson and Terry along with other friends were socializing at Sports Bar when an argument ensued between them and other patrons at the establishment. The argument escalated to a fight on Pasero Street where the injuries were allegedly inflicted on both Watson and Perry. Watson and Perry were taken to Caye Caulker Health Center where they were stabilized and later transported to KHMH, where Mr. Amado is listed in a stable condition at this moment and Ms Kathleen was discharged and she is presently at the Caye Caulker Police Station making a report in reference to the incident. What happened is that police have found out that Amado and Perry were socializing at a sports bar when an argument ensued between them and other persons who were inside of the establishment. Thereafter they came outside the establishment and the argument continued on the street where it continued on Pasero Street. There Amado and the female were attacked with stones and bottles which caused the injuries to both of them. Police have detained a male person who is known to them and is seeking another male person who can assist in this investigation.”
