Democracia man shoots uncle in stomach

Tonight a Democracia family is mourning the loss of two family members: one to a fatal gunshot and the other to the law for having pulled the trigger. According to police, around midnight on Sunday, twenty-nine year old Terry Estrada and his nephew, twenty-nine year old Phillip Estrada, got into a fight which resulted in Phillip, picking up a shotgun and shooting his uncle in the stomach. Terry Estrada was rushed to the K.H.M.H., but was pronounced dead on arrival. Phillip Estrada has since been arrested and charged with murder. Police sources tell News 5 the argument began over the ownership of a Skil Powersaw.
