Burglars take 2 guns from apartment
Another crime, this one in Belize City, may not have gained thieves much cash, but it did provide them with something far more dangerous. Police report that sometime between midday Tuesday and Wednesday evening, the Regent Street apartment of Sean Feinstein, manager of Benny’s Home Centre, was broken into. Among the items taken were two licensed handguns; one a nine millimetre Sig Saur and the other a twenty-two pistol with scope. Also stolen was a GPS system and a handheld computer. One person has been detained by police.
