Fiddlers return for tenth tour
Their first concert here was ten years ago, and a decade later the group known a Fiddlers on the Reef is still going strong. The classical musicians from several California orchestras will be holding concerts and coaching music students from various parts of the country, including the Cayo, Stann Creek, Toledo and Belize Districts. The Fiddlers’ first performance will take place on Friday night in Belize City at St. John’s Cathedral. The concert, which also features the Pallotti strings, gets underway at 7:00 and is open to the public free of charge, although charitable donations can be made at the door.
