Did Peyrefitte Brothers receive discount on trade license?

Last week Thursday, we aired a story about financial irregularity at City Hall that was revealed in an audit report obtained by News Five. The story mentioned Peyrefitte Brothers as being among choice businesses that had received discounts and trade-offs for trade licenses. That business protested that it was never mentioned in the audit report as one of the businesses that had received discounts or trade-offs for trade licenses. News Five never actually reported that Peyrefitte Brothers was mentioned in the audit report as one of the businesses that had received discounts or tradeoffs. Nevertheless we would like to clarify that while not mentioned in the audit report, Peyrefitte Brothers along with other businesses did receive a discount on the trade license it usually paid. There is ample support for this in other documents in the possession of News Five.
