Trio Charged for Home Invasion at Fantaxia Restaurant

A trio busted by the police soon after a robbery at Fantaxia Restaurant on Queen Charlotte Street, Belize City has been charged with aggravated burglary and possession of an unlicensed firearm.    The men: twenty-three-year-old Trevor Guy, twenty-four-year-old Tyron Guy, and twenty-three-year-old Leon Westby where nabbed by the cops on Sunday and today they were jointly charged with the crime of Aggravated Burglary, Kept Firearm without a Gun License and Kept Ammunition without a Gun License. Tyron Guy was additionally charged with a second count of Kept Firearm without a Gun License.  The trio was found with a nine millimetre pistol, a point three-eighty special revolver as well as masks and cash stolen from the restaurant.  The three tied up an elderly woman and two other persons inside the popular establishment.  The proprietor, forty-three-year-old Zhong Qiang Zhu heard the commotion and alerted the cops. A police patrol in the area moved swiftly to capture the men who entered the building through a back door.
