San Pedro man found dead on beach

Meanwhile, police say a man found dead in San Pedro was electrocuted. According to reports, around 10:00 Thursday morning, police went to a house in an area known as Merida where they saw a man lying face up on the ground. The man has since been identified as Jimmy Wade. Police now believe that around 9:30 that morning, Wade was doing some electrical work on the beach when a live wire fell into the water, sending intense surges of electricity through his body. Wade was pronounced dead on arrival at the San Pedro Clinic and his body has since been transferred to the morgue at the K.H.M.H. where it awaits a post-mortem.
