P.U.P. Belize Rural South Standard Bearer Sworn In

The People’s United Part endorsed Andre Perez as the Standard Bearer for Belize Rural South.  On Saturday, party supporters of the Belize Rural South constituency gathered at the Saca Chispas field on San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, for the Perez’  endorsement where he pledged his full commitment and promised to deliver a victory for the P.U.P. in Belize Rural South.  Speakers at the convention included Party Leader John Briceño, Senator Valerie Woods, Kareem Musa, and Florencio Marin. The new constituency’s new executive committee was also sworn in. Perez will contest the next general elections where he will face the U.D.P.’s Manuel Heredia Junior or Gary Greif at the polls.
