Matthew Moore Freed of Murder Charge
Twenty-nine-year-old Matthew Moore became a free man on Wednesday night after Supreme Court Justice Colin Williams told him that the murder case against him is being discontinued. Moore who was on remand for the 2010 murder of Andrew Moses was told that the DPP’s office decided to discontinue the case against him due to lack of evidence. He was arrested and charged for the crime of murder in 2011. He was behind bars for seven years up until he received bail on June fifteen of this year. Moses was heading home when he was gunned down on Caesar Ridge road.
