Corozal Police Find Firearm
Moving on the crime, police in Corozal Town found a rusty nine millimeter pistol with no serial number on Thursday afternoon at Dominguez Layout. Since no one was in the immediate area, it was deposited as ‘found property’. The pistol did not contain a magazine nor did it have any visible serial number or brand on it. Meanwhile in Orange Walk, police searched an area off the road leading to San Felipe Village where they found a bag containing twenty Fiochi brand twenty gauge cartridges. The cartridges were also labeled as ‘found property’.
