Cruise ships passengers crowd Belize City
The streets of Belize City were extra crowded today as no fewer than three cruise ships were in the harbour. The Norwegian Sun, with two thousand, four hundred and twenty passengers on her manifest, the Galaxy, carrying two thousand and the Olympic Voyager with seven hundred, disgorged their guests at the Tourism Village from where they embarked on various inland tours, explored the city or just hung out with a cool drink and stack of credit cards. Although the cruise season will wind down in the summer months, Wednesdays will continue to be busy for the next month or so with three ships scheduled to coincide on a number of occasions.
