Jason Joseph remanded for robbery of businessman

In another robbery case today, twenty-one year old Jason Joseph pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Margaret McKenzie and was remanded until June eleventh. Joseph is charged in connection with the armed hold up of Jose Ketz on Friday. Ketz is the manager of Creative Marketing on Allenby Street and he had just returned to his office at four-forty-five with the payroll when a man pulled a pistol on him as he exited his vehicle. The man demanded that Ketz hand over the money bag which contained almost three thousand five hundred dollars, and his cell phone. Ketz complied, but the man was not satisfied and grabbed a gold chain from his neck before riding off on a bicycle. The bag with the cash also contained two cheque books and a deposit book.
