Belize exhibits at Yucatan tourism fair
A delegation has returned from Merida where members represented Belize at Yucatan’s Ki-huic Tourist Market. All five Mundo Maya countries exhibited at the market, putting forward examples of their music, dance and cuisine. Among the standouts at the festivities was the Belize Dance Company, which, according to a press release, brought down the house in their two performances. Representation was organised by the Belize Tourist Industry Association.
