Hitchhiker Hubert Taylor Charged with Murder
Good Samaritan Marcus Ack was driving his vehicle when he stopped and picked up a man whom he recognized. That hitchhiker turned around and stabbed Ack to death. Police have since identified the man as twenty-six-year-old Hubert Junior Taylor of Dangriga, who was charged with murder on Wednesday. According to Police, Ack was driving to Independence Village to sell vegetables when he saw Taylor hitchhiking and stopped to give him a ride. When they were arriving, Taylor took out a knife and demanded money and when Ack didn’t hand over any cash, he stabbed him in the chest. Ack was rushed to the hospital but died while undergoing treatment.

“Reference the stabbing murder of Marcus Ack which occurred last Monday, Police have since arrested and charged twenty-six-year-old Herbert Junior Taylor of Dangriga for the crime of murder. In some regards, Ack had seen the person before but he didn’t know the person by name.”
