Woman charged in acid attack
Yesterday she turned herself in and today she has been charged with a number of crimes. Doris “Munchie” Martinez, the Belize City woman who threw acid into a crowd of domino players was today hit with four counts of common assault and one each of maim, harm, grievous harm, wounding and damage to property. Along with her intended target, a woman she believed to be having an affair with her boyfriend, seven other people were injured in the attack.
