Barbershop Robbery; Thieves Escape with $310
On Saturday night police also responded to a robbery on Cemetery Road in south side Belize City. Latino’s Barbershop was targeted by armed thieves who relieved two men of three hundred and ten dollars when they entered the barbershop. No one has been detained in connection with the crime, but police say they are following several leads.

“Sometime after seven-forty p.m., Ezekiel Miranda and another friend of his were inside Latino’s Barbershop located at 114 Cemetery Road. While inside the barbershop, they were approached by two male persons of dark complexion; one who was armed with a firearm. The male person demanded for them to hand over their belongings and he handed over a wallet that contained three hundred dollars in cash and personal documents and the other person handed over ten dollars in cash.”
