Franz Hamilton is a Free Man
Fifty-eight-year-old Franz Hamilton can breathe a sigh of relief tonight. He has been before the court for charges ranging from sexual assault to attempted suppression of evidence. Hamilton was first accused of committing a sexual assault upon an eight-year-old, but that charge was dismissed. But months after he was out on bail, Hamilton was brought back to court. This is when he picked up another serious offense for attempted suppression of evidence. The minor’s mother alleged that he threatened her if she testified in court. He was sent back behind bars but managed to secure bail again through the Supreme Court. Today, the charge for attempted suppression of evidence was also dismissed by Senior Magistrate Patricia Arana after the prosecutor offered no evidence against Hamilton. Today, he is a free man.
