Hilltop Headquarters of P.S.U. burglarized
The Hilltop headquarters of the Public Service Union is once again in the news tonight, not for the secret sale of the property to a Chinese businessman, but because of a burglary that happened overnight. According to the administrative staff, when they arrived at work this morning they discovered a ransacked office where thieves had broken in and made off with petty cash, as well as a loudspeaker. The burglary comes on the heels of an update from P.S.U. President Doreth Cayetano-Obermayer on negotiations to resell the union’s main office in Belmopan. News Five understands that the burglar stole forty dollars in petty cash.
