Robbers hit shop in Progresso
In crime news, two armed men have knocked off a shop in Progresso Village in the Orange Walk District. The bandits entered Tony’s Store around seven-fifteen Wednesday night, walking off with the cash register and eleven hundred dollars.
Meanwhile in Belize City, officials of St. John’s Credit Union have determined that the take in Wednesday’s robbery was around eighteen thousand dollars. The two suspects remain at large.
